The retreat condo is new (built in 2019), overlooks the mountains and right on the Blue River. There are chairs and a small fire place for the patio as well. It is also walking distance to all the coffee shops, restaurants and recreational center. The recreational center has a full gym, basketball courts, pickle ball court, swimming pools, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, an outdoor playground, tennis courts and sand volleyball court...
The smart TV is hooked up to a speaker, has over 1,000 channels and has all the TV apps like Hulu, Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc.
Nice open concept condo on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the mountains. There is a fireplace and the floors are heated. There is also a queen size airbed that sleeps 2 and a pack and play crib for a baby. Note that there is no A/C but in the summer the temperatures averages high 60s to mid 70s. Each room has a fan and windows can be opened for nice cool air.
