This is a two floor single house that consist of 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Including myself (landlord), there are only 2 people staying in the house. Everybody has very busy schedule that we rarely see each other. The house and each room has mini splits which provide the best temperature based on your need (AC and heat). Room is very large that you can bring up your furnitures as well.
