Friendly and Pleasant Owners, Very Comfortable Home

I stayed in one of their units from May through November and enjoyed every moment of it. The owners are extremely welcoming and hospitable. The home is beautiful, ideal size for 1-2, and in an excellent location. Throughout my entire stay, I only encountered one issue with the A/C, which was resolved the next day of notice. They've always accommodated any request I've had and were even nice enough to provide me with guidance as I prepared to move out. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed my stay & so will you!

I enjoyed my stay at the Carrington homes, and landlord was super responsive. The AC was not working, and I notified them, and it was fixed the next day! Location wise it is perfect being so close to Dallas, and right near the freeway. Be aware it is on a busy street, so there is no street parking available in the front; however, you are given parking spaces, so you never have to "fight". 10/10 would recommend.

Internship stay!

This was the easiest rental process ever! Victoria made me feel very comfortable renting this apartment for my daughter for her short stay in Dallas! Everything you would need is provided! Victoria was very kind and helpful! Highly recommend renting from Victoria!!

Worth It

Great place! Furnished with everything needed. Pet friendly (brought my dog and cat)! Victoria, the landlord, is kind and very easy to work with! Great distance from Dallas and not too bad from FW. Would definitely come back. Worth it!

Perfect

I have stayed at Carrington homes since October and have no complaints. As a former traveling medical professional and current flight school student, this place has been perfect. It includes dedicated parking spots and an in-unit washer and dryer which have always been a big deal to me and are hard to come by when finding a place to live. Very close to food, less than five minutes away from grocery stores, freeway access, and 15-20 minutes from DFW and Dallas Love Field Airports. For medical professionals, there is a hospital less than 10 minutes away. Management is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Just what I needed!

Very comfortable furnished place with nice neighbors and easy parking. Victoria, the landlord, was so easy to deal with - very responsive and accessible. Nice to have a backyard, too! I was happy to find it and would strongly recommend.
