This cottage was remodeled in 2022 with a complete bathroom, all new flooring, paint and shiplap wall accents. Originally a log cabin built in the early 1900s, this cottage is cozy and quiet and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The private yard has a picnic table, grill, gazebo and other seating to enjoy our beautiful Colorado outdoors. When this property was listed as a short-term rental, every review was 5 stars.

Neighborhood overview
Ivywild is an eclectic and fun neighborhood with many new shops and restaurants. It is very walkable with three grocery stores, Bristol Brewing at the Ivywild School, the Caffeinated Cow for coffee & ice cream, Crumbl Cookies, summer outdoor concerts, a park and more. We are close to Bear Creek Regional Park, Stratton Meadows Open Space and North Cheyenne Canon for hiking and biking for days.

Perfect Cottage
I enjoyed my stay in this charming cottage. Great privacy, well managed, fun location. The layout and furnishings are very nice, plenty of room and a nice private outdoor space as well.
