I recently completed a 3-month rental of this property in April 2025. This location is ideal for Oakland - a safe area with young families, walking distance to great shops and easy access to outdoor activities. The property is beautifully maintained and very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long stay. Finally, the owners are incredibly kind, supportive and available to help out or answer questions whenever needed. An absolute 5-star experience start to finish!
