The Perfect Mix
I stayed at this condo for 4 months and fell in love with the Country Club Plaza area. This condo's location is perfect for walking a variety of terrains -- steep hills, parks, or plaza. The streetcar has two nearby stops. I highly recommend this transportation to Union Station or City Market. It also goes south for an easy commute to Whole Foods. I used the convection oven several times for quesadillas and had my fair share of espresso in the morning. I also had a work potluck around the holidays, and they had a crockpot that fit the bill. The bedroom is nice and dark -- super comfy. The assigned parking spot is right outside the condo. You can see your vehicle from the dining room winder. Neighbors are very nice and quiet too. Sally is correct about sound pollution for busy area, but the sound machine helps and one gets used to it after awhile. If you're looking for a bit of activity, nearby restaurants, yet peaceful abode -- this is the place.
Great Stay
Awesome location, very clean, had everything that I needed and more. very quiet although close to everything. Enjoyed running steps at the museum, walking down to the plaza and to all the close parks. we will be making our permanent home in the plaza area at the Ponce DeLeon because I loved the area. The "bed" was fantastic. never thought I would not have back pain but woke up refreshed and ready to go. wrote down the name of the mattress and will be getting one of my own. The owner very responsive with any questions. Would highly recommend. thanks Chi!
Cozy apartment
I stayed here for 5 months and just wow! I am impressed with how cozy this apartment is. It has everything you need for it to feel just like home. The living room TV was perfect for lounging around after a long day at the hospital. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine to make the perfect at home meal. The bed was super comfortable. I truly enjoyed staying here and hope I end up in Kansas City again just so I can stay here! The owners were so kind and always a call or text away.
Perfectly located & Efficient
Owners are great to work with and made sure I had everything I needed to settle into a home away from home. The location is amazing with an assigned parking spot off the street. Sound and light pollution are what you'd expect for a busy area but never bothered me. Bed is very comfortable and was a perfect little retreat after a long day of work. Little extras that the owner includes makes this such a gem of a place (bluetooth speaker, coffee maker/french press/V60, light/sound machine).
