We are Kay and Steve. We're a retired, senior couple and enjoy the lifestyle the North Valley of Albuquerque offers. We live on the premises with our large, friendly dog and indoor cat. We enjoy our large, peaceful backyard and goldfish pond and our daily walks along the acacias. We enjoy meeting new people and long-term renting is a great fit for us. We are quiet and very respectful of our tenant's privacy.
