We have a private courtyard on site that is well landscaped. Unit is on the top floor and get's great natural light into the living space. The guest bedroom window opens up to the large balcony space off the kitchen. It takes less than 10 min to walk to Montrose beach and the lakefront park. There are also tennis courts, basketball courts , and fields at the park at the end of the street. It's a quiet building and area.

Shared unit spaces include the kitchen, patio, living, and dining areas. My bedroom/bathroom is off limits.
The bathroom is down the hall next to your bedroom, and would mostly it will be a private space for you. This is the guest bathroom though so on occasion when I have people over, I encourage them use mine but if there are a lot of people, they may use the guest bathroom. Want to make sure there is full transparency...

Comfortable and Convenient
I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for one month, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
