Cozy Home Close to Hospitals

Perfection! Location! Everything I needed plus more

I cannot say enough amazing things about my stay here! I stayed for all 11 months of my travel nurse contract at UCHealth Anschutz. The commute was under 30 minutes, with an easy drive, no traffic. This cozy home has absolutely everything you need! The bed, living room, fully stocked kitchen, and especially the bathroom were all wonderful! The private outdoor space makes you feel completely separated from the rest of the house. Street parking was always easy, and I always felt safe. LOCATION!!! Coffee, Italian, Winery, Don's Pub, and Trader Joe's are all walkable. Cheesman Park became my FAV spot (30min walk), and Wash Park so close. Red Rocks and the airport 25 minutes away. Deeper into the city (1-2mile) is a safe walk or quick drive. The landlords are truly wonderful-kind, responsive, and helpful. As a single woman with a dog, I felt incredibly safe at home and in walks at all hours of the day. I genuinely felt at home here and would recommend it to anyone!

Highly recommend this space! I moved here from CT for work with no place to live and was so happy and relieved to find this apt. I immediately felt at home, safe, and comfortable . This apt felt like luxury for me, it is warmly decorated, and has everything you need. It has great lighting and is thoughtfully curated to feel like your own home. The couch also turns into a pull out bed for visiting guests which was convenient. The landlords are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and always there if I needed them. I also loved this location because it is so walkable- close to Trader Joes, Safeway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and to Cheesman Park! I worked at UC Health Anschutz and my commute to work was 25 mins for reference and I stayed here for about 6 months. Truly felt lucky to have found this unit during my time here in Denver and sad to leave!
