The surrounding area felt unsafe throughout my stay, with frequent signs of drug activity. I personally found a crack pipe at the entry gate and witnessed public defecation nearby on multiple occasions. The yard was overgrown for most of the three-month stay and only cut once. An overgrown tree also blocked the main entry path. Cleanliness was poor, including a washing machine that contained mold, which transferred onto clothing. The unit was also poorly stocked for a furnished rental, with very limited kitchen supplies and only two towels provided. Additional towels provided were low quality. The listing was inaccurate, advertising two queen beds when the unit actually had one queen and one full, both of which were uncomfortable. The landlord was intrusive, remotely adjusting and locking the thermostat without consent. Landlord overlapped our lease with the next tenant causing undue stress and confusion. At 3,200 month, the condition and management did not match the price.
