Great spot by the beach

I really enjoyed my time at Mark and Diane's beach property. I was transitioning to the West Coast from New York City and loved the morning beach walks and swims. Mark and Diane are fantastic hosts and the place is very comfortable. The bedroom is lovely and quiet, and I got a great night's sleep here. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect!!

My husband and I loved staying here! There isn't a thing that we would have changed. The hosts are super nice, quick to communicate and very accommodating. Besides the perfect location, we loved the full wall of closets in the bedroom, a great bathtub to soak in, ample storage in every room, a comfy sofa, a dining table inside for card night with friends and a patio deck with dining table and chairs, shade and sun, and great landscaping all around. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location, nice neighborhood

I stayed at this Furnished Finder in Ventura, and overall it was a solid experience. The location was definitely one of the biggest highlights—close to the beach, restaurants, and easy access to main roads, which made getting to work convenient. There was some nearby temporary construction noise at the beginning and did improve as time went on. Mark and Diane were receptive and attentive to my concerns and easy to work with. The place was comfortable and had everything I needed for an extended stay.

Travel assignment

I worked at VCMC and my husband works remotely so from this living room. Lovely stay, really enjoyed the town and having beach SO CLOSE. Hosts are excellent and thorough, you can tell they take pride in their homes. Hot tub did not work, but having laundry, garage space, beautiful porch, friendly neighbors, and great kitchen appliances definitely outweighed that one minor detail. Does get chilly in winter, but a space heater was brought over when we mentioned that, within twelve hours. If this is available, definitely worth the cost for all peace of mind.

Perfect Pierpont Home

Mark and Diane are extremely friendly hosts who provide great communication and maintenance to the home. The house has soft water, and outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off from your short walk to the beach! The hot tub was great for the cool nights and the front porch area really opened up the space well for extra room. Pierpont is such a great neighborhood for tenants, because you are walking distance to everything you need! We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a property in Ventura!

ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH!

My husband and I have stayed at this property several times. We love being here. It is quiet, clean, restful, newly decorated and the location is fantastic. You're within walking distance to the main street that has some yummy restaurants. You can also hop on the bike path and pedal up to the Ventura Pier or walk along there or right on the beach. Volleyball courts are also close by. If you like to explore, you're not far from Santa Barbara, Camarillo or Oxnard. There are also a lot of hiking trails with beautiful view of the ocean nearby. Ventura is a really laid back town away from the hustle and bustle of the freeways and fast-paced SoCal.
