Highly recommend!
Stayed here for 3 months after moving from Minneapolis and I am very glad we chose to stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to Green Lake which was great. The unit itself had everything we needed and we felt at home right away. All of the furniture is new, the unit was clean, and there was plenty of storage space to use. Devin was awesome to have as a landlord- he was extremely kind and communicative the whole way through. Highly recommend staying here!

Summer Rental
This was a great unit! Devin was incredibly responsive to anything we needed, and the location was perfectwalking distance to a grocery store, public transit, and short bike ride to green lake. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, easy parking, and plenty of storage space. We would stay again!

We had such a great stay! Devin has everything you could need and despite being a lower level unit there is plenty of sunlight (during spring/summer at least!) Highly recommend a stay here (:

A great stay at a great place
Our 5 month stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. The owner Devin was always very responsive, flexible and easy to work with! The unit is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We felt at home right away. Even in the ~850 sq ft of space with 3 people and a dog we never felt it was too crowded. We had 3 cars to park, so having a designated spot was great but the street parking was never an issue either. Highly recommend!
