Great Stay While At Children's National

I had a great stay with Thomas and Melissa. They lived in the flat below, so they were always available if I needed anything. Their dog Gary was a sweetheart and super well behaved. The space was move in ready, clean, and as pictured. It was a short walk to the hospital or to U street, and it was right by a Capitol bike share for visiting the monuments. Thomas and Melissa were always lovely, even inviting me to share in meals they made with friends! They always worked with me so that I'd be able to park easily and were all around great hosts!

Poor management

The owners live on the floor below and the floor is thin. I could move a chair around and get texted about it being too loud. They attempted to charge me extra for friends and family that visited on weekends who stayed for two day max at a time as well as took half of my security deposit for a faulty shower that broke while I was standing in it normally. There is nothing private about this space.
