Awesome condo
This is an awesome space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's located about 5 minutes from the university hospital. Amy is an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again.

I'm grateful that I was able find this property. I'm a travel nurse working for the University's hospital and it's such a huge relief being able to be within close proximity to work and to all other amenities as well. The property itself is very nice and has everything you could ask for. The landlord is also very kind and accommodating. She's been a huge help throughout my entire stay here so far. I strongly recommend you book this place if you're staying in the Como area. I promise you won't regret it.

Tops in Our Opinion
My husband and I stayed here for 11 months recently and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations, the location, the neighbor tenants, or the landlord. The few times an issue arose needing the landlord's attention, she was on it immediately, and the workers she had on call were great. I cannot recommend this apartment and its ownership highly enough. --Jennie Shirey

Lovely Loft
This space has been perfect for me as a traveling nurse. It is very quiet, safe and cozy! If you prefer to have a space to yourself this is the spot for you. Super convenient location. The host/family are very kind and accommodating. I am so grateful to have found this gem! Thank you for everything!

Excellent Rental
This is a spacious condo in a safe neighborhood, near restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and many hiking/outdoor activities. Cute back porch. Mailbox directly outside front door. Professional landlord, easy to communicate with, provides a lease (which not all landlords want to do on this site.) The condo is actually fully furnished, has working appliances, and is move in ready, which is less common than you might think for listings on this site. You can literally bring just your clothes and toiletries, and you'll be good to go. If you're working at Boone or MU hospitals it will take you only about 7-10 minutes to get to work, including finding parking. If I were staying longer in the area I would want to continue renting this place.
