Very convenient, cozy stay

Amy is very responsive and helpful for all possible rental needs. The location is very convenient minutes from the mall and the hospitals. I loved the space felt very much like a home away from home. I will be rebooking when I come back!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here was originally only suppose to be for 3 months for work but ended up staying a whole year. I couldn't have found a better place to stay. It's such a hidden gem! It's so close to everything! Everything is walking distance! Nice quiet friendly neighborhood! Amy has been Absolutely Amazing from beginning to the end! If you looking for somewhere clean, private and quiet then this is the place for you! I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here so much I almost don't want to leave here. when I return I will be coming back to stay here. Thank you for everything Mrs Amy! She makes sure you enjoy your stay! I stayed from march 2025 to march 2026.

Wonderful Unit

I stayed here for 8 weeks as a solo traveller while working at the University Hospital. The unit is spacious, clean, and decorated well. I felt comfortable and at home. The windows in the living room allow for a lot of natural light. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and the bathroom is tiled pink! The location is also great- barely a 5 minute drive downtown. Sometimes I would even walk there if I felt like it. And it was the same for driving to the hospital- I think it was just a 6 minute drive. The neighbors were so friendly! I received help a few times when my car got snowed in. Amy lives close by and was also able to come by on short notice and was always quick to respond and help me if I needed anything. Overall this was a wonderful and comfortable place and Im glad I was able to find this home during my stay in Columbia :)

This rental has been wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The landlord was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. They were always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions I had, which really added to the comfort of my stay. The rental itself was exactly as describedclean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the decor, it truly felt like a home away from home. I have had no issues during my stay, which has allowed me to focus on enjoying my time in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The combination of a welcoming landlord and a well-maintained property made for a fantastic experience. I would definitely give it five stars!
