HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! AMAZING EXPERIENCE
From the very beginning my communication with Chris was amazing . Very fast in answering the texts and very clear communication . House is super clean , room is cozy , bad comfortable , bathroom & kitchen very clean . House is in a safe neighborhood , close to Banner Hospital , grocery store Food City 5 minutes walk , Costco , Trader Joe , Walmart close by . I had a bicycle and everything was very convenient . Chris is a business owner so most of the time you have the house to yourself . Chris is very nice , easy going , pleasant conversation , quiet and friendly , a super nice guy overall . I stayed there for close to 4 months and we didn't have any issues . Highly recommended and if I'm in Phoenix again for work he'll be my first person to call . Thank you Chris !

Quiet respectful host
Chris was an excellent host. He was often out running his business. The few times we interacted, he was soft spoken and respectful, but very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Would recommend
Chris was a great host and easy to live with. He was not home often and pleasant to be around when he was. The property is very old but its well kept and clean. Only hang-up with the property were loud neighbors late at night on more than 1 occasion, which is out of Chris control of course. Overall, a good place to live.
