My wife and I stayed in this studio while I was working at OConnor Hospital. It was about a 13 minute drive using surface streets. The studio was cozy and had everything we needed like a desk and office chair to set up my laptop, a comfortable (though high) bed, plenty of closet space, and a mid-size fridge, stovetop/oven, toaster, microwave, and all the kitchen basics. The ceiling fan was a nice to have and we really liked having access to the washer and dryer in the shared laundry room which the landlord rarely used. The backyard garden was peaceful and well kept (the entry is through a communal backyard via a locked gate). It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot in front of the garage. The landlord lives upstairs and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns and always respected our privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were respectful. Lots of trees and shade. Would recommend to travelers looking for a quiet cozy rental in a neighborhood that felt safe.

Nice place in a good location

The owner is nice and accomodating. No problems with communication. The place is walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Also, two minute drive to a major highway. The apartment is quiet and has a nice private garden. Parking in the driveway is handy. Washer and dryer are private. I would stay there again.
