Highly recommended

This was a fantastic place to stay. The space is modern, and all the furniture and appliances are brand new. The host was incredibly kind and constantly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. They even shared their holiday food with me since I was traveling for work-a thoughtful gesture that made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to live!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 months at Petite Maison! The cottage looks just like the pictures immaculate, well-laid out, tons of storage and very spacious. You'd never guess it's only 500 sq ft. I loved the open feel. The windows and white interior also fill the cottage with light. Everything is brand new. I had no problems with anything. I loved all the counterspace in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for all my coffee stuff and crock pot cooking. There are many, many pots and pans and everything you need to prepare meals. The only kitchen tools I brought were my garlic press and potholders. The pantry has loads of space. While the cottage does not have a kitchen table, there is room in the middle for something small like a 2-person breakfast nook/table if you want to add one. The TVs are large, and I had no problems streaming my YouTube TV. Wi-Fi is also good throughout the cottage. The living room couch is a comfy spot to watch tv. Morning sunlight comes in through the adjacent sliding glass door. All linens, towels and cleaning products are provided. I loved having a washer and dryer right there. The pillows on the bed included a couple firmer ones and a couple softer ones, so you can sleep comfortably with any combination. I didnt even use all the blankets provided. It is very quiet. The cottage has double the typical insulation. The cottage is located at the back of the property, behind a gate with a code. There are no windows on the wall facing the main house, so it is very private. There is one parking spot to the left of the main house. The location is great close to literally everything yet set back from the main road. There are tree-lined sidewalks if you want to go for a walk or run. Jamie thought of everything when designing and preparing the cottage to be rented out. Everything you need is there, right down to a dish mat to put wet dishes on when washing them, and a squeegee for the gorgeous, curved glass shower doors. Theres even salt, pepper, a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and creamer to get you started off well. Jamie is an excellent landlord. She is kind, courteous and professional. She answers texts right away. She cares very much about her tenants. She wants you to be comfortable and feel at home. Her family is delightful, and her dog is precious! Totally recommend Petite Maison!
