Listing is everything short of renovated
It's a duplex, AC need serving it smells bad. Only thing renovated is the couch, pots/ pans, and bed/ sheets. Inside washer/ dryer is stained. dryer can't open its blocked by the door. The bathroom sink and toilet (stained and old). Stay clear of this listing.
