LOVED our time in Winter Park

My partner and I rented Marilee's condo for two months during the off season and cannot say enough great things! Marilee was wonderful to rent from. She answered all our questions before move-in, allowed our four pets, and was always quick to respond during our stay. The location is fantastic with Fraser River Trail access steps away and a quick walk or drive to Fraser, Tabernash, and Granby. The unit is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, updated appliances, a drip/pod coffee maker, and an instant hot water dispenser we loved for teas. We also took advantage of the gym, pool, and hot tubs across the street. One small note (not a knock on the unit, just an older building reality): you can hear footsteps from above fairly easily, though it was never an issue for us. Overall, zero complaints and we'd absolutely love to return!

Amazing place to stay

My husband and I stayed here through the ski season and it was perfect! It is equipped with everything you'd need. It is also in an ideal location just steps from the bus line to take you to the resort in the Winter. Marilee is also very easy to communicate with and was a great host. We highly recommend this condo!

Great place for mountain life

Marilee has one of the best places to rent in WP. It's one of the biggest units in the HCH development. The kitchen is well-appointed. It's lovely to sit on the deck and watch the sun go down under the mountains. There ample storage for mountain bikes and you're right on a trailhead. Plus, you're just down the road from Hernandos. Great place to get a pizza and beer. You should stay here!!!

Incredible Winter Park Oasis

Marilees condo in Winter Park is a home away from home. I stayed there for five months through summer and fall while there is plenty to do in town! The condo was beautifully furnished and very well stocked (going beyond the typical Airbnb basics). Appliances and electronics are nice and work well. The condo is right on the Fraser River Trail (for walking, running, biking) and is walking distance to downtown Winter Park. Marilee was a pleasure to communicate with and I highly recommend staying in her wonderful home!
