Document everything and take pic of everything !
Make sure you document every conversation and take pictures and videos of EVERYTHING upon arrival and exiting. Sunshine tried to hold my security deposits for damages to her bathroom wall that she claimed were new. She felt the need to call a handyman to "fix" the small chips in the wall (even tho the entire time I was there she did DIY staining and painting projects to her house and fence). Luckily I found pictures in her advertisement photos that showed the damage had been there the entire time, when I brought it up to her she acted like she was completely oblivious to it and had no idea it was there. (Even tho she stated that she "washed and dried" those walls herself so she would know if there was damage). She then tried to keep my deposits for even longer because she wanted to search for more "damage" to her rental space. Strong cat urine/litter odors that come from under the door to her part of house.

Beautiful scenery in a quaint quiet spot. The landlady is quick to respond and fixes anything that arises. Great stay!

Fabulous stay
I stayed at this property for 5 months and I found myself in a very relaxed state at home. The place has all the essentials and the host is fabulous. The unit is nestled in the back and has redwoods at the doorstep. There is shopping nearby. The hospital is a few minutes away. I will stay here again when I come back to this area for traveling nursing. I highly recommend it.
