The cottage is ideal for two people. You can each have your own bedroom, or share the main bedroom upstairs. In addition, there is a futon couch downstairs, so we've been able to sleep a total of five people as needed.

I grew up in Portland, then moved to New Orleans, San Diego, and Georgia, finally landing in Kansas City in the mid 80's, where I stayed because the people are so friendly here! My best friend lived at Lake Tapawingo, so after I married, I purchased a home here in 1991, where I raised my two children. In 1996, I helped their grandparents buy 115 Dockside, which I have owned since 2019. From 2014 - 2022, I returned to Portland to care for my mother, and now co-own a second home there, which I travel to once a year. While I'm in Portland, I want to rent my cute cottage, which has undergone a complete renovation...
