great place in south KC

This is a great place to stay in the KC area, the home was very lovely and the room was spacious and clean. The area was quiet, calm, and close to lots of amenities! Owners are super nice and have a lot of great recommendations about the area. I enjoyed my stay this summer and would highly recommend.

I really lucked out picking this house to stay in! The owners were ideal landlords and roommates in every way. They were helpful and friendly without overstepping. I really appreciate everything they did to help me adjust to the area. The house is not only clean, but beautiful and welcoming with a lovely back deck and views out the bedroom windows as well. The location is safe, with a grocery store and parks/trails nearby.

Owners are extremely nice and keep the house clean, they know their stuff. The house is in a great location compared to downtown and other fun places like Overland Park and Leawood. If car is necessary for stay there is space to park in the driveway. Overall nice quiet, peaceful home. Beautiful yard, with plenty of trees. The room is also quite spacious with a large closet.
