If you are looking for a comfortable, quite, close to shopping centers, gym, and many other things I recommend this place. Scott is very friendly and responsive anytime you need him. If I am back in Monterey I will definitely stay here again.

I live in the house in the back bedroom. Im 44, have an indoor/outdoor cat, and work in downtown Monterey at a brewery. Clean, quiet and smoke free.
