Lovely space and family

I was so lucky to have found this place! It's so lovely with an even more lovely family. They are so kind and welcoming. Rui and Nicole keep the place immaculate and the twin boys are just adorable. This rental provides everything you may need. The private washer/dryer and deck is top tier! In addition, it's in very convenient part of town near highways, shops, parks...I would definitely recommend and rent again if future assignments lead me to the South Shore area!

Exceptional apartment

I recently rented this apartment for a 3 month stay and it was an exceptional experience. Rui and his family were incredibly welcoming and truly made me feel like I was home away from home. Their home with attached apartment sits on a very quiet cul-de-sac backed by a conservatory. The apartment itself was equipped with all the things you need, and it had a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. If, on occasion, I had any questions, Rui was very prompt in getting back to me. When I was initially looking to rent an apartment, I had difficulty finding any reviews. I find reviews very helpful during this search process and I felt it was important to give you my personal input to hopefully help you as well. I would highly recommend this rental and if in the future I need to rent again, this will definitely be a repeat rental for me.
