This place is the best

I stayed here for an entire year while doing a Travel PT job around Santa Rosa. The house is immaculate with plenty of space for visitors while I was in wine country. The property is a peaceful retreat after hectic days. While it feels secluded it's 15 mins away from Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and so much more! Sue and Larry were so helpful with anything I needed and I can't recommend this place enough. Their mini-donkey Punky came to visit a few times and I was sad to leave when my year was up. This place is a complete gem and I'd stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks again Sue and Larry!

Perfect Home Away From Home

The perfectly appointed home away from home. We absolutely loved staying here. Sue and Larry were welcoming and accommodating, often going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The house itself was absolutely lovely. It's clear they spared no expense when building and furnishing, including top-of-the-line appliances (fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer) which is a rare find in a short term rental. As an added bonus, their mini donkey, Punky, adds a great spirit to the property! We were actually sad to leave but highly recommend to those looking for a great rental in Forestville.
