Fantastic apartment, thoughtfully designed

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lisa’s apartment during my first year as a snowbird. I work from home, so I decided to escape the northeast winter for three months. I am impressed by how thoughtfully designed the unit is, not cutting corners and bringing me all the comforts of my full-time home. I was looking for a bright, clean, and modern rental that was quiet, as I’m constantly on work calls or trying to relax after a long day of work. This place was very quiet, and I didn’t have any neighborly disruptions. As mentioned in other reviews, Lisa is extremely responsive to any requests, questions, or needs of the tenant. As a single female, I can attest to the safety of the neighborhood and had no issues walking my dog at any time of the day. I was happy with the location - you can easily bike downtown or walk about a half mile to some nearby coffee shops/breweries. Highly recommend!

Great Apartment, awesome location

Just like the other review, Lisa is a great landlord. Very friendly, very responsive, and just a cool person. The apartment is great. It is modern, in a really cool walkable neighborhood (great for dog walks), near some great parks, and my personal favorite some great breweries (a couple of them walkable). It is just north of downtown, so it is a less than a $10 uber to get down there, or like me you can bike down to the restaurants, bars, and the pier in 10 mins. 15 mins from DT Tampa, 15 mins to the beach, great in between. to be honest though i didnt feel the need to leave the area much because it was such a cool spot.

Amazing Apartment with a Truly Caring Landlord!

I cannot recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I moved in, my landlord has been nothing short of exceptional. They genuinely care about their tenants and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and worry-free living experience. Throughout my stay, they consistently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, always responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Their kindness and attentiveness made this place feel like home.
