Colorful and Comfy Casita
Initially, I had planned to stay at Zoila's Casita for a few months at most. I moved down to the Houston area in March 2025 for a salaried job and, as my now husband was finishing our lease through July, I needed a place that I could afford by myself, that felt safe enough for me to live alone as a woman, and that would be furnished. I found these all with Casita, as well as a landlord who was attentive and involved. When the occassional problem came up, Ike was incredibly helpful and would resolve any issue with haste and care. The attention put into maintaining and decorating the home is heartwarming; with whimsical colors reflecting the bright space full of warmth. The street is full of life, with a nearby weekend market that is a delight. My husband and I have appreciated our time here; we truly enjoyed our stay, hence why we extended multiple times and stayed 11 months.Thank you for everything Ike, and we HIGHLY recommend this property for potential tenants interested!

La Casita
The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The landlord was the absolute bestalways responsive and helpful, making sure everything was just right for our stay. All the amenities in the house worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more comfortable. The neighborhood was safe, adding to the overall peace of mind, and even had a nice walking trail and park. Plus, the location was ideal with easy access to everything we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
