Quiet and Chic Studio w/ Private Entrance Near Hospitals and Downtown

I stayed here for about 4 months and absolutely LOVED it! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is close to UNMC but also a quick commute to pretty much anywhere in Omaha. A couple blocks away has lots of cute happy hour places and downtown is very close as well. The apartment is so cozy and has a massive closet. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, and the laundry room is convenient. I had no issues with noise from the upstairs tenants. Kayla is the nicest and most helpful human ever! Every thing I needed she made sure to go out of her way to accommodate. She was responsive 24/7 and made my stay great. Id 100% recommend this place!

Everything was provided to me that I could have needed as a travel nurse in this renovated studio unit, including cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker and pods, etc. My first week there, the host even stopped by to bring me a welcome gift of a bottle of wine, some snacks and to replenish some toilet paper and paper towels for the space. While I was staying at this property there were some issues with the door lock and the host was very responsive in trying to help get any issues resolved. The space is small but is enough space for someone traveling alone or with a small pet. The unit is not accessible from the upper levels. There is a door that separates the main living space from a space that more resembles a basement with a washer and dryer that is only used by this unit. There are two driveway spots available, which are first come first serve so if there are tenants staying in all of the available units in the home, you may have to park on the street sometimes.

Landlord is very on top of things and accommodating. The place is newly updated and decorated really nice. Would recommend!
