What this property offers
This is an adorable 3 BR 1 Bath house that was built in 1912. It has been fully updated but kept a lot of charm. The study has a twin trundle bed that can sleep 2 people. Theres a queen room and the master is a King. All have brand new comfortable mattresses. We have a Vivint alarm system and keyless entry on the front door. The house also have high speed EPB fiber optics internet for fast WiFi.
Theres currently a 54 in Roku tv in the living room.
The Willow House as we have named it was built in 1912 so it has a lot of character and charm but has been updated for modern living. Its 10 minutes from all the main downtown attractions including the Tennessee Aquarium, the Chattanooga Zoo, the riverfront and the Tennessee river, the south side, and many amazing restaurants and bars.
The willow house is located right downtown, in a transitional area. Its within minutes of most attractions downtown. Because its in the middle of downtown, we recommend it as a rental for adults only. Children under 16 not recommended.
