Great place in a great area.

This is a great little apartment in a great area. The building doesn't look like much compared to the others in the area, but Valerie has done a wonderful job making the unit bright and wonderful. It's an easy walk to the Courthouse metro (you do have to climb some stairs to get up the hill), close to lots of fun bars and restaurants, and the Arlington farmer's market is a 5 minute walk on Saturday mornings. Easy access to DC, etc. While the washer/dryer isn't in the unit, the laundry room is on the same floor as the apartment and only about 15 feet from the front door. If you work nights, please be aware that the maintenance room is right next to the unit, so folks are going in and out all day. It was never an issue for me, but I could see it being kind of loud if you were trying to sleep during the day. Valerie was a pleasure to work with.
