Neighborhood overview
The home is located in the northwest part of Phoenix proper: in the subdivision of Cactus Wren. This area is quiet, and not much traffic either.
The area was developed in the early 1970's, and there is quite a diverse population of retired seniors, small families, and single people. We (on our block at least) look out for one another. I am a member of our local block watch, so we can keep things safe for all.
