This is one of two Furnished Finder Units. This is a shared unit, with our clients having the shared use of the main bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower with both a mounted and hand held shower heads. There is also a fold down seating, and two ADA grab bars. This space has new flooring added in 2025, and a new queen size bed and nightstand. The room also includes a 7.5cuft fridge/freezer, microwave oven, Roku internet TV, and small desk. We include a mini ironing board and iron, and the room has a closet with extra bedding.
Neighborhood overview
The home is located in the northwest part of Phoenix proper: in the subdivision of Cactus Wren. This area is quiet, and not much traffic either.
The area was developed in the early 1970's, and there is quite a diverse population of retired seniors, small families, and single people. We (on our block at least) look out for one another. I am a member of our local block watch, so we can keep things safe for all.
