Great apartment

I was fortunate to find this gem of an apartment for my three month stay. It's spacious, private and super close to all of Encinitas's many businesses and restaurants. Thank you Lynn for letting me stay here.

The best choice for area, spaciousness

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse and truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The landlady is incredibly friendly and attentive, accommodating and always ready to help with local tips or anything I needed, creating an atmosphere that was peaceful, friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this place. Its a charming and comfortable place to stay, in one of the best areas in the town. Id happilyreturnagain!

Great landlord, great property

Lynn was an excellent landlord-always attentive to my every need and even kind enough to occasionally drop off a tasty dish from her kitchen. The apartment itself is very conveniently located in regards to about everything--grocery, restaurants, gym all within a half mile--and the beach only a mile and a half. Encinitas is a lovely town and should I ever return, I will certainly seek out this apartment.

Super nice unit in a great neighborhood

We needed temporary housing while our property was being remodeled, and we were lucky to find this little gem five minutes from our home. Lynn was so responsive and was able to accommodate our request for a mid-month move in. The unit is in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood, within a short drive to the beach, parks, botanical gardens, shopping, pickleball, and golf. The furnishings are so comfortable, we wish we could take them with us. The kitchenette is small, but had everything we needed so we didnt have to spend a lot of additional money eating out. The TV comes with basic cable and Roku. We never used the Roku, so cant speak to that, but the TV was great. The Internet connection was very fast and reliable. Lynn was such a great hostess. She made sure we had everything we needed, but gave us plenty of space so it felt like we were in our own home. You will have a separate entrance, shared laundry, and on-site parking. This property is a great option for a very reasonably priced beach home.
