This is a third corner floor condo with great lighting and privacy. We face a large pond and golf course which feels wonderful and spacious. There is great natural light and the floor plan is open concept.
We have a office desk and chair that electronically lowers and rises with a remote.
Space
Unit is open floor concept and has wonderful lighting and views. We have newly renovated flooring and painted the bathrooms. There is fresh linens and 2 smart TV's.

Condo Development (River Crossing) is among several condo developments and winding neighborhoods that makes for a walkable and friendly environment for residents. There are 4 golf courses and 100 of acres of conservation areas weaved into the resort which make for a very aesthetically pleasing and happy place. Absolutely Would Recommend!
We had such an amazing stay at this North Myrtle Beach property! The condo was spotless and super spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and enjoying it. Emily and Steve were truly wonderful. They checked in often, were always quick to respond, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Being able to bring our animals was a huge bonus and made the trip even more special! It was also very affordable for the area, which made it an even better find. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, pet-friendly place with a great view! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Wonderful condo in Myrtle Beach
Emily and Stephen were wonderful to work with, and the property was beautiful. It met the expectations set by the photos. I loved staying in Barefoot Landing as I felt very safe, and it is a very walkable location. The views outside were always so lovely and peaceful, with the ponds and wildlife. I'm happy I had the chance to stay in such a well-maintained spot in Myrtle, and I would highly recommend it.
