Wow, Wow, Wow 10/10!
This place is awesome! Firstly the apartment is beautiful- everything is new and the owner thought of everything! We felt so comfortable and at home- it was honestly really hard to leave. Next, THE LOCATION! I lived in North County for a long time and have spent time all over the area and when I tell you this location is one of the best, I am not lying. Every morning we would walk down and get a coffee and then stroll the trail along the beach. There are really great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance with our fave "dive bar" The Shanty a block away. The neighbors are also great- Very quiet, super nice! The owner is also very nice. Super accommodating, so easy to work with and pleasant! 10/10 would recommend!
