Deceiving

Signed a lease for 3 months but upon arrival saw many roaches tiny and medium size ones. They were in the cabinets in the kitchen and walking around the counters. A day later saw a mouse and my dog found a mouse trap under the couch. It felt very uncomfortable. The landlord sent someone to spray which caused more roach activity and who knows where the mouse went. I couldn't cook because the roaches would start roaming around. Asked to break my lease and was required to pay a full months rent which didn't seem right because of the condition of the home. The location doesn't seem safe either.
