Excellent Stay

Great location with grocery stores, public transportation, and dining options all within easy walking distance. The apartment was beautiful, stylish, and comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and very welcoming, with easy off-street parking. Sara was considerate, friendly, and easy to live with. Overall, a wonderful stay-I'd happily recommend it to anyone!

Perfect balance comfort + convenience

I rent from Sarah and have been very pleased. Her beautifully designed, newly constructed space with state of the art appliances is well-maintained and thoughtfully cared for. A short distance from Capitol Hill and the hustle of DC, her home is private and peaceful. Sarah has been kind and responsive : ) If youre looking for a comfortable, well-located place with a considerate host, I highly recommend reaching out. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful, well-stocked condo!

I rented the private room and en suite bath from Sarah during Summer 2024. Condo was lovely and furnished in like-new condition, room and bath were clean and comfortable for a couple month stay, with a well-sized closet, nice bathroom fixtures, and effective blackout curtains. Whole Foods, various restaurants and bars, and Howard University are in close walking distance, and it's very reasonable to walk or bus commute to Capitol Hill from the condo. Sarah is a communicative landlord and conscientious roommate. Would highly recommend :)
