Perfect Oasis
I had the privilege of renting from J & C for one year as I had a contract through Kaiser Permanente. The space for rent is a perfect oasis, and as mentioned in the synopsis, the homeowners are very respectful of privacy, and at the same time, always available should any needs arise. The space is charming, comfortable, and safe. The desk area, with an adjustable height feature, is perfect for work. With a full bathroom (shower and tub), fridge, washer/ dryer, large closet, comfy bed, private entrance, and dedicated parking space, you can't find a more perfect spot.
