Perfect Space for 1 Adult
Perfect as a professional working downtown HNL. 1. the landlord is attentive to your needs. He was available via text or voice 2. Location perfect as I used the outside deck to set up 2 computers to work overlooking the scenic valley view. The unit is very quiet and private . You can walk to restaurants, bus system, shopping, bars, library, parks, etc... all within 1-mile. 3. Parking is available on the street below. 4. You have a washer/dryer, microwave, shower, bathroom, drawers, shelf space, comfortable pull down bed, TV monitor and kitchen sink. a mini fridge and freezer. I did use a hot plate for my cooking needs. 5. Clean Never had a problem with inscets or cockaroaches hah. 6. There are other surrounding neighbors in the large home but you'll never hear them as this unit is structurally sound. I highly recommend this place for it price, quietness, location, comfort and easy to work with the landlord.
