The two-story house is on a hillside on a quiet street. There are lots of trees and flowers, many of which are California natives, so there are hummingbirds, butterflies and bees buzzing throughout the year. There's even a banana tree! The downstairs unit, about 25 steps up from the off street parking space, has been recently renovated, with a new bathroom and washer/dryer. The owner lives upstairs with two friendly old cats.
