A great find!
First, let's start with the property- The house is outfitted with everything we needed for our stay here. The property has been well taken care of. It was clean when we arrived, well decorated, and the area was a great distance from UH and University Circle. The neighborhood was ok. It was a quiet little street with fantastic neighbors. Outside of the specific neighborhood, this property was in seems a little rough, but from what I've seen, this is all of Cleveland. The property owner had a top notch security system that we could watch the house when we were away. Secondly the landlord- Kevin was very responsive. Every interaction was a pleasant one. At any time we had an issue, he was quick to offer a solution. There weren't really many issues, though. We truly loved our time in Cleveland, specifically in this house!
