I felt uncomfortable around the landlord

I agree with the previous complaint. I also felt unsafe around Richard. I had fear of retaliation, as he made sure to mention he could find out whatever information he wanted to about someone with his job. And mentioned showing up with a gun the day I arrived in front of my daughter. He made sure to mention the previous review.He would show up with little to no notice whenever he wanted. So much that I felt the need to purchase cameras while living there. He looked for ANY reason to showup. He collected my trash from the trash and left with it on numerous occasions. I never once saw his wife. The home was not that clean and was falling apart. I had to constantly reset the breakers if the dishwasher/oven ran at the same time. The floor had large bubbles in them. I have used FF often. I have never felt unsafe/uncomfortable. I couldn't end the lease fast enough(3 mths) He doesn't seem to want tenants longer than that. Lack of privacy /creepy vibes women steer clear.

Perfect place to stay in Savannah. Great landlord. House has a great location to get around Savannah.

Rich was a great host! Came over right away if we needed anything and had the house stocked with supplies that myself and two roommates did not think to bring from home.

Rich has been amazing ever sine we have lived here. He has been so thoughtful and helpful whenever we needed anything. I recommend any of his properties on this website!

Close to both hospitals

Great stay here! The house was a quick, 4-minute drive to Memorial. I lived alone and never felt unsafe in the house/neighborhood. The landlords were quick to respond/resolve any issues. The house was equipped with more than enough space and everything I needed for my 3 month stay. I would stay here again if I returned to Savannah.

Great Place and Landlords

Loved this place! Felt private, safe area, close to parks and stores/restaurants. Spacious living room and kitchen. Quiet street, accommodating landlords. Would highly recommend this place!
