Quiet renovated Avenues 1BR - minutes to Primary Children's & U of U Health

Travel Assignment

I was here for about 3.5 months coming from TX. It was a very pleasant stay here. SLC was an amazing city & the stay here made it more special. The commute to PCH was ~ 5 min & that was great for driving in the snow in the winter. The place is the back part of Todd’s house but it has its own separate unit & private entrance. It was enough space for me alone, might be a bit crowded for 2-3 ppl. The unit is well furnished with a Roku TV. It has appliances to make & heat meals; had plenty of space to store all of my stuff & clothes. Had a parking spot right in front of the house. The neighborhood is very calm & quiet. Todd always respected my space & noise. I had to switch between day/night shifts & was able to sleep great for both shifts. Todd himself is very responsive to messages & gives great recs for SLC if you’re new. I already miss the area being back home. I would 100% recommended this place to anyone staying in SLC or for work. If I could come back, I would 100% stay here again.

Great location and wonderful host

I stayed here for a month while on a rotation at the University of Utah. It is very conveniently located to both the U and to downtown for groceries, restaurants, and nightlife. Close to liberty park and the canyon for running. It was very clean and well appointed - had everything I needed and Todd was a great host. Huge plus to have a well set up kitchen, laundry in unit, smart tv, and easy street parking. He was responsive and communicative. Very quiet, nice neighborhood for solo travelers. I left early in the morning and often came in late at night and never felt unsafe, it's a very serene area. I would definitely stay here again and think it's a steal.

Avenues apartment

Renting this space from TR has been Great! The area is Beautiful and very walkable and safe. I stayed here almost a year for my work assignment at PCH which is a short 7 minute drive. You gotta Love that!!! The space is well appointed and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in SLC. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is well stocked. The clawfoot tub is a bonus and the hammock in the back yard makes squirrel watching a must do. TR is very respectful of your space and quiet hours and is very responsive when needed. Staying in the Avenues has to be one of the best things I have done since I started traveling. You can walk to local coffee shops and some restaurants and the grocery store is less than a 10 minute drive. TR made my stay very stress free and also returned my deposit very promptly after the walk thru. I can't say enough positive things about TR and his apartment, I would highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again myself.
