Robert Banks Rental
Had the opportunity to live here for around 9 months and had absolutely no complains. Adam was always very responsive, although my need to contact Adam was very rare. The property is in great condition and all concerns get addressed in a timely manner. If you are looking for a property where it feels like you live alone, but are paying the price for a singular room this is the spot for you.

Excellent experience with this landlord
I had an excellent experience with the landlord-Adam. He addressed any and all concerns immediately. Awesome personality, detail oriented individual,understanding and fair. I rental is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed, including internet. Wouldn't have a problem renting this property again in the near future. My roommates were very cool.
