Perfect Quaint Homebase

Sabrina's guest home was the best space for my husband and I's three month travel healthcare work assignment. It's detached from the primary house on the lot, so you have your own separate entrance from the large parking area. It's very quiet while also being just 1-2 miles away from both I-5 and a light rail station. The bed and couch were quite comfortable, there is plenty of space to stack boxes up on top of the dryer/fridge, and there are pocket doors to make it easy to section off the rooms as needed. We enjoyed the convenience of the gym on the property this winter, as well as going out for a walk in such a safe area. I would stay here again if work brings me back to the area :)

Mountlake Terrace Gem

Located in a safe neighborhood on a dead end street, this free standing ADU had everything I needed while working in the area for over 9 months. It came full stocked with kitchen, bath and sleep essentials to make the move feel easy. The owners are very sweet and and quick to respond if anything came up. The unit is conveniently located close to I-5 and the light rail station. Big perks include the an in unit washer and dryer and has a small home gym which were lifesavers when working long hospital shifts. Would definitely recommend!
