Comfortable Stay and Excellent Hospitality

I had a really great experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything was well maintained, and it was easy to settle in and feel at home right away. The location was also convenient, with easy access to everything I needed during my stay. Maritza and her family were incredibly kind, friendly, and responsive, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Home Away From Home

I really enjoyed staying at this property during my 6month travel contract. Maritza and her family were incredibly welcoming and always made sure I had everything I needed. They were fair, responsive, and easy to reach anytime a question, issue, or emergency came up. The home itself is very comfortable and located in a convenient area, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearbywhich is especially nice if you dont have a vehicle. I would definitely rent here again if I am in the area in the future.

This property offers a cozy and private space equipped with all the utilities and amenities you need. Its a very clean and spacious place in an ideal location for healthcare workers due to its proximity to RWJ University Hospital. I will cherish many good memories from this stay. Easy Parking! The Log In to the building was easy! Clean! Its near everything and very convenient Was Quiet with really nice facilities Would definitely recommend it for your next staycation The owners communicated well and seemed really concerned about my comfort

The property was clean and newly renovated. Maritza was very responsive. Overall, I would stay here again. It was perfect for working at RWJ hospital.

Hospitable since the get go

As the title reads, this property has been hospitable since my roommate and I moved in. The renters M and her husband were very helpful in furnishing our room in time for us to move in. When it comes to concerns or any other matter, M and her husband have not hesitated to offer a hand or information. Other than that, as the neighborhood overview mentions the property does stand in the heart of New Brunswick. My roommate and I are both travel nurses working at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, and we are able to save on gas by walking to the hospital. The property is also a short distance from small grocery stores, in case you find yourself craving a snack. The neighborhood is welcoming and the neighbors are friendly.
