Koi pond. We have 5 fish who love the swim up the surface in hopes you'll feed them.
View of the creek from the foot bridge. In the winter months coho salmon and steelhead spawn here. We occasionally see otters, heron, American dippers, king fishers and other wild life.

Cottage on 1/2 acre property. Parking at front. Enter through front secure gate, then cross over stream on wooden foot bridge.
The Cottage is fully independent (private) from the main house. It has a kitchen, bath with a shower and nice sized deck. Full access to wooded lush garden. Lots of hiking and biking nearby. We have a dog, Addy. She is very friendly, medium sized.

Neighborhood overview

Woodsy area with creek meandering through the property. Arti Cafe is just a few blocks down the street- amazing Indian Food. Lagunitas Deli is great, also. A longer walk the opposite direction (East) will take you to Forest Knolls where you'll find The Pump (friendly coffee shop) and the Farm Stand loaded with wonderful local foods. Lots of great hiking and biking trails.
