Great Location
I stayed at Matt's place for one month and it was great! The location in mid-city was perfect, the streetcar was a block away which made it easy to get around. Matt was very quick to respond and resourceful when problems arose, it made staying there more enjoyable. A few minor things, with it being an old property I think some windows could be re-sealed to keep the heat out.
