There is central heat as well as some heated floors and an electric fireplace. No air conditioning is needed. It stays cool all summer. There is a private gate in the back yard that leads to Rainbow Park and Rec Center. Walk to Target, coffee shops, outlet malls, the Blue River...
Downtown Silverthorne close to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping, rec center, the Blue River, bike paths, etc. Private gate to park, private sauna in the backyard.

What I liked very much is the location, kitchen and spaciousness. The location is next to Rainbow Park and the Silverthorne Recreation Center. I enjoyed both. The aprtment seemed well-planned in its layout. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a great induction cooktop. Best of all, the kitchen and main living space are two sides of a good-sized area so the cook, if you have one, is part of the social action. Oh, almost forgot, the walkability is excellent. Two of my favorite restaurants were a 10min walk. Plus Starbucks is equally close. Target is 12min away walking, All-in-all, its in an excellent location.
